Facade – Exterior finish with smooth white waterproof cement SATE system combined with natural stone facades, and porcelain stoneware tiles

Interior walls – Self-supporting interior walls with double plasterboard, assemblies prepared with steel frame components together with thermal / acoustic insulation.

Walls -Wall coatings of bathrooms finished in Stone Talk Ergon® brand porcelain stoneware tiles, grey in the main bathroom, and white for the rest of the bathrooms. – Acrylic plastic paint with smooth finish.

Floors- Interior and anti-slip exterior floors finished in Stone Talk Ergon® brand porcelain stoneware tiles. – Wooden staircase treads supported on steel framework. – White aluminium skirting creating darkness.
